We try and make your relationship with Hallmark Productions as transparent and easy as possible. We are all human and make mistakes from time to time, it is a fact of life. If there is ever a problem, we will do our best to sort it out amicably and professionally. All we ask is that you are as fair with us as we are with you. One key thing to remember is that we cannot be held responsible for tapes, discs or other materials left in our possession on behalf of clients. ALWAYS keep your own backup copies of media supplied to any third party (including us).
